2019 USRL NATIONAL CONVENTION
The CYMK-UOY National Executive welcomes all interested individuals to register for the 2019 USRL National Convention! Individuals may register as Convention guests by following the steps below.

Step 1: Review the SAMPLE REGISTRATION FORM
Step 2: Download the form and fill it out on screen
Step 3: Email copy directly from your computer or scan printed copy to Natalia Lukaczyn to natalia.luk@hotmail.com
Step 4: Save your finished document to have a copy and then print the form with all the information filled out
Step 5: After following the above instructions, please mail the registration form with the cheque to given address on registration form.
TIP
To make it easier to collect sent out forms and cheque, we recommend for the president of each local to collect all forms and cheques from those planning on attending the Convention. BUT, if an individual is taking too long to hand in form with a cheque to the president DO NOT wait for them as they can send it on their own!
