2017 NATIONAL YOUTH CONVENTION REGISTRATION

The CYMK-UOY National Executive welcomes all interested individuals to register for the 2017 National Youth Convention! Individuals may register as Convention delegates or guests by following the steps below.

Step 1. Fill out the appropriate form to register for the 2017 National Youth Convention. Registration deadline is June 30, 2017.

Sr. CYMK & Youth 13+ ($290)
Jr. CYMK (12 & under) ($150)
Advisors & youth workers & clergy (through USRL) ($390)

Step 2. After filling out the form above, please complete your payment by one of the two options:
